To receive a refund, please send an e-mail to Warranty@HHOMonster.com with the specific reason for your claim to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Examples of a permissible claim: paint peeling, failure to produce HHO, etc.. Examples of an unacceptable claim: won’t fit in vehicle, scratched or otherwise damaged due to improper installation, unsatisfactory increase in MPG, damage to stainless plates due to failure to use distilled water or excessive electrolyte. Disassembling or tampering with our products will also void this Guarantee. All refunds will be for the original purchase price excluding shipping and handling costs. A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to any claim if the returned item is found to be in good working order.
